General Shipping Information
Gift Shop Deals primary focus is customer satisfaction as we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your package arrives in a timely manner, no matter where you are located. We are always available to answer questions or any other communication with you at all times. We hold our customers to the highest value. Our fulfillment center is located in Houston, TX. Please note: Depending on our stock levels and the product, your order could be shipped from our partnered manufacturers & warehouses located in the US & China. So, if you order more than one item expect your items to be shipped separately as different manufacturers specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
2 Part Shipping Process: (1. Processing, 2. Shipping Time)
- Processing Time: All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within the first 24-hours after the order has been placed. Once the manufacturer receives the order, the product will undergo order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. The manufacturer and national post from the country of origin will then process the order, which usually takes from 1-3 days.
- Shipping Time: The time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination may vary. All orders are shipped by e-Packet, which is a US Postal Service Product. Products sent to the U.S. generally take 7-20 days to arrive after leaving the warehouse. All international orders usually take about 15-30 days. Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, weather, and other delays, shipping times can vary.
Why longer and different delivery times?
Gift Shop Deals has collaborated with high rated suppliers around the world to deliver you the highest quality products that you will not find at your local stores. That’s what makes us unique! A slight inconvenience working with suppliers around the world is that different countries may have different or longer delivery times. As a result, products may arrive at your door at different times despite being in one order. We only collaborate with trusted suppliers. This enables us to deliver you the highest quality product possible, keeping our carbon footprint low, and also keeping our costs down. If you only received one order, don’t worry, the rest will come! Thank you.
Taxes and Duties:
Gift Shop Deals is not responsible for any import taxes or fines. Many of our products come from international suppliers and there may be import duties and or taxes imposed by your government. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
How do you ship, and what is the price?
-Shipping is free worldwide on all products.
Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
-We ship your orders from warehouses in the US and China Canada. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.
Where do you ship?
-We provide international shipping.
How do you ship?
-We ship orders overseas by mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving at your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
-The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 17-21 business days for shipping to the US and 15-28 business days for international shipping.
How can I track my order?
-We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.
When will my tracking information appear?
-You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment center of your online shop.
Why is my shipping status unchanged?
-Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
Why do I have to pay an extra fee to my shipping company?
-When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depends on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address is in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.
How can I pay for my order?
-We offer safe shopping and accept payment via, Credit card, Debit card VISA,or PayPal. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in the US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing an order.
Which currency are you using on your website?
-Our products are listed in the US Dollar. But our system will automatically convert it for you, don't worry!
